I am a Chartered Accountant since 1987 and have over many years’ experience working in practice helping clients make sense of their finances. I have lectured in accountancy, tax and internal audit.

I specialise in providing you with a practical hands-on approach to identifying accounting problems and providing clear straightforward solutions that work for you.

I have a knack of turning the technical into plain English, or Gaeilge as we work with Irish language clients also. With my experience and your knowledge of your own business I will quickly get to the big picture of your finances, spot the problem areas and give you a path to a better organised business. This allows us to work together to fix problems, and lets you concentrate on what you do best – running your business well.

I have over nineteen years’ experience training and working post qualification as a Chartered Accountant with Bluett Byrne.

I have been involved as an integral part of the firm’s internal and external audit work since 2004. In addition I have significant experience in pensions and investments and am a Qualified Financial Adviser. I have extensive knowledge in taxation and am a member of the Institute of Taxation. I also bring international group audit experience to the practice. I have also acted as an Expert Witness in High Court cases. I have extensive experience auditing Property Management Companies and Companies Limited by Guarantee. I have also acted as Executrix on a number of clients Estates.
